Photography for The Brighton & Sussex Cookbook by Meze Publishing

Most of my summer was spent photographing many different food venues in Brighton and across Sussex for The Brighton & Sussex Cook Book published by Meze.

There are tons of recipes plus features on the chefs and the venues, a foreword by Steven Edwards of Etch and of course, wonderful photographs illustrating each recipe.
